Process Overview
Our Pre-Treatment Lines are designed to remove contaminants and chemically condition metal surfaces for improved coating bonding. The typical process stages include:
- Degreasing –Removal of oil, grease, and surface contaminants
- Derusting –Elimination of oxidation and rust layers
- Phosphating –Formation of a protective crystalline layer for better adhesion
- Rinsing –Removal of residual chemicals and impurities
- Drying –Controlled heating to eliminate moisture before coating
